I developed a Content Marketing Strategy for EmpireCovers and EmpirePatio. I wanted to give a more personal voice and do more Storytelling about EmpireCovers brand, as well as relate to some of our targeted customers' researched interests, like grilling, cooking, crafts, entertaining, and even design. The blog posts I wrote in that timeframe reflect some of these interests while incorporating products as well.
EmpirePatio is a home and lifestyle brand that sells patio furniture covers, grill covers, outdoor rugs and umbrellas and umbrella bases. After doing some research into the demographics of the average customer, I found that they also enjoyed camping, decoration, grilling and cooking, gardening, and travel. I created new Pinterest boards that included EmpirePatio's products, but also blog posts and pin boards that related to the interest areas above. We saw a significant increase in website visitors through our Pinterest page.

Moravian University Dining
When I initially joined as Marketing Manager at Moravian Dining, I spent time creating a brand voice for each of our social media channels. We use Facebook primarily to communicate with parents, and Instagram to communicate with students. Our content execution often depends on the staff I have available and their level of comfort with content creation. Ideally, we work together on developing innovative, engaging content that fits our strategy, with the three main tenets of showcasing our food, sharing health and wellness information and connecting with students.
